What is NOT included in our hire rates:

• $100 Security Deposit – payable on all hires (refunded once equipment is returned clean and free of damage)
• Cleaning Fee – $50 per hour (min 2 hours) if equipment is returned dirty
• Refuelling Fee – $3.00 per litre
• Damage outside of waiver conditions
• Theft or Total Loss – unless optional theft or total loss coverage is selected
• Additional Hours

What optional extras are available:

• Damage Excess Reduction* – $20 per item, per day – Cover reduces the excess cost in the event of damage to any equipment from $3,000 to $500
• Equipment Drop Off and Pickup – P.O.A. based on location
• Operator Hire – P.O.A. based on requirements

*Conditions apply – Additional cover options do not apply when there is damage or total loss as a result of negligence by the Hirer including inadequate securing of the equipment, inappropriate use of the equipment (including overloading or tipping), or any other actions or lack of action that could be deemed as negligent by Easy As Hire Pty Ltd.
